Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the mobile game Dash (“the game”), published by Alieren3D, handles information. In short: Dash has no accounts and we do not run any servers that collect your data. The game shows ads served by Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play and the App Store. Those services process some device data as described below.

Information stored on your device

Your progress (best score, gems, spheres, ranks, missions, daily rewards, lives), your settings and whether you bought Remove Ads are saved locally on your device so the game remembers them. This data is not sent to us. Deleting the game or clearing its data removes it; a Remove Ads purchase can be restored from the store.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dash shows ads between some runs, and you can choose to watch a rewarded ad to continue a run. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect and process:

• your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or Apple’s IDFA if you allow tracking);
• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information such as device model, operating system, language and app version;
• ad interactions such as which ads were shown or tapped, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance logs.

Google acts as an independent controller of this data. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive aggregated ad reports and never personal information about you.

Your advertising choices

• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch the game asks for your consent to personalised ads using Google’s consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy options in the game’s Settings.
• iPhone and iPad: the game asks for permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, your IDFA is not used and you see non-personalised ads. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Remove Ads: buying Remove Ads turns off the ads between runs. Rewarded ads stay optional.

Non-personalised ads still use limited data, such as approximate location and device information, for frequency limits, measurement and fraud prevention.

In-app purchases

Dash offers optional purchases such as Remove Ads and life packs. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your card or payment details. The game receives only a confirmation of the purchase from the store so it can deliver the item.

Leaderboards and achievements

If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games Services on Android or Apple Game Center on iOS, the game sends your scores and unlocked achievements to that service so they appear on leaderboards. Your player profile and this gameplay data are handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Google or Apple account details. You can play without signing in.

Internet access

The game plays offline. The internet connection is used for ads, purchases and the leaderboard and achievement services above.

Children

Dash is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

App store data

Google Play and the App Store may collect information about downloads, crashes and purchases under their own policies. We may see aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as install counts, sales or crash reports) that these stores provide to developers.

Your rights and data deletion

We do not keep personal data about you on our own systems. Game data lives on your device and can be deleted by removing the game. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the choices above or Google’s own tools. For any privacy request or question, write to us at the address below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and the date above will change.

Bu politika, Alieren3D tarafından yayımlanan Dash mobil oyununun (“oyun”) bilgileri nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Kısaca: Dash'te hesap yoktur ve verilerini toplayan bir sunucumuz yoktur. Oyunda Google AdMob tarafından sunulan reklamlar ve Google Play ile App Store üzerinden isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar bulunur. Bu hizmetler bazı cihaz verilerini aşağıda anlatıldığı gibi işler.

Cihazında saklanan bilgiler

İlerlemen (en iyi skor, elmaslar, küreler, rütbeler, görevler, günlük ödüller, canlar), ayarların ve Reklamları Kaldır satın alıp almadığın, oyunun bunları hatırlaması için cihazında saklanır. Bu veriler bize gönderilmez. Oyunu silmek veya verilerini temizlemek bunları siler; Reklamları Kaldır satın alımı mağazadan geri yüklenebilir.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Dash bazı turların arasında reklam gösterir; ayrıca bir turu sürdürmek için isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam izleyebilirsin. Reklamları Google AdMob sağlar. Reklam göstermek, sıklığını sınırlamak, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için AdMob SDK'sı şu verileri toplayıp işleyebilir:

• cihazının reklam kimliği (Android Reklam Kimliği veya izleme izni verirsen Apple IDFA);
• IP adresin ve ondan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum;
• cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve uygulama sürümü gibi cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri;
• hangi reklamların gösterildiği veya tıklandığı gibi reklam etkileşimleri ve çökme ve performans kayıtları gibi teşhis verileri.

Google bu veriler için bağımsız veri sorumlusudur. Ayrıntılar: Google, hizmetlerini kullanan uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullanır ve Google Gizlilik Politikası. Biz yalnızca toplu reklam raporları görürüz; senin hakkında kişisel bilgi almayız.

Reklam tercihlerin

• Rıza (AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre): oyun ilk açılışta Google'ın rıza aracıyla kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için iznini ister. Seçimini istediğin zaman oyunun Ayarlar bölümündeki Gizlilik seçenekleri'nden değiştirebilirsin.
• iPhone ve iPad: oyun, Apple'ın Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı penceresiyle izleme izni ister. İzin vermezsen IDFA kullanılmaz ve kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar görürsün. Bunu iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme'den değiştirebilirsin.
• Android: reklam kimliğini cihazının Google ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar ya da Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar).
• Reklamları Kaldır: Reklamları Kaldır satın alınca turlar arasındaki reklamlar kapanır. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlı olarak kalır.

Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar da sıklık sınırı, ölçüm ve dolandırıcılık önleme için yaklaşık konum ve cihaz bilgisi gibi sınırlı veriler kullanır.

Uygulama içi satın almalar

Dash'te Reklamları Kaldır ve can paketleri gibi isteğe bağlı satın almalar vardır. Ödemeler tamamen Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından, kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikalarına göre işlenir. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Oyun, ürünü teslim edebilmek için mağazadan yalnızca satın alma onayını alır.

Skor tabloları ve başarımlar

Android'de Google Play Games Hizmetleri'ne veya iOS'ta Apple Game Center'a giriş yapmayı seçersen, oyun skorlarını ve açtığın başarımları skor tablosunda görünmeleri için bu hizmete gönderir. Oyuncu profilin ve bu oyun verileri Google veya Apple tarafından kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işlenir: Google Gizlilik Politikası, Apple Gizlilik Politikası. Google veya Apple hesap bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Giriş yapmadan da oynayabilirsin.

İnternet erişimi

Oyun internetsiz oynanır. İnternet bağlantısı reklamlar, satın almalar ve yukarıdaki skor tablosu ve başarım hizmetleri için kullanılır.

Çocuklar

Dash 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun oyun üzerinden bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, kaldırılmasına yardımcı olalım.

Uygulama mağazası verileri

Google Play ve App Store; indirme, çökme ve satın alma bilgilerini kendi politikalarına göre toplayabilir. Bu mağazaların geliştiricilere sunduğu toplu ve anonim istatistikleri (indirme sayısı, satışlar, çökme raporları gibi) görebiliriz.

Hakların ve verilerin silinmesi

Kendi sistemlerimizde senin hakkında kişisel veri tutmayız. Oyun verileri cihazındadır ve oyunu silerek kaldırılabilir. Google'ın reklam için işlediği veriler için yukarıdaki tercihleri veya Google'ın kendi araçlarını kullanabilirsin. Gizlilikle ilgili her talep veya soru için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.
